Tadalafil: a new Impotence drug drug

The drug will be launched in the US and EU during the year 2003.
This drug is a relative of the well-known sildenafil (Viagra) but has some advantages to its precedent, it has a longer duration of the effects because the half-life is longer 17-18 hours that allows a person to be able to have an intercourse almost during 2 days (making it the ideal weekend pill).
Of course with this drug is also mandatory to have and sexual stimulation in order to achieve an erection and has some of the same side effect as sildenafil, indigestion, flushing and headache were the most common, and the drug is also contraindicated in patient with heart problems. |
