VISIT WITH A DIABETES EDUCATOR	Each 3-4 months.
BLOOD GLUCOSE TESTING	Before meals and bedtime, at minimun. The more you test, the better you'll do.
HGB A1C TEST	Each 3-4 months.
EYE CHECK FOR RETINOPHATY	Yearly in children 12 or older who have had diabetes for at least 5 years
URINE TEST FOR MICROALBUMINURIA	Yearly in children 12 or older who have had diabetes for at least 5 years
LIPID PROFILE (Chorestelrol and Triglycerides)	Yearly.
HEIGHT AND MEASUREMENTS	Every visit.
